Shipping and Handling - Costs are shown in the payment process, if you check out. They depend on quantity, destination and size / weight of the articles you choose.
Starting with an Order-Volume of 100 CHF we ship in Switzerland free of costs.

Switzerland
A silk scarf or silk bandana has a weight of about 100 grams. With packaging and papers it will be about 250 grams. We can send this in a, so called, MIDI-Letter.
The shipping costs for a MIDI-Letter by "B-post or Economy" (about 5 days) is 1.10 CHF.
The shipping costs for a MIDI-Letter by "A-post or Priority" (about 1-2 days) is 1.10 CHF.
Abroad
A silk scarf or silk bandana has a weight of about 100 grams. With packaging and papers it will be about 250 grams. We can send this in a, so called, Large-Letter.
In the EU the shipping costs of a large letter by "B-post or Economy" (10 days) is 4.90 CHF.
In the EU the shipping costs of a large letter by "A-post or Priority" (1-4 days) is 7.00 CHF.
Larger quantities and other destinations according to the weight of course cost more.
Customs and customs clearance fees!
For deliveries to the EU but also other regions, outside of Switzerland, incur additional costs in the country for taxation and customs, which are usually directly from the carrier, collected at delivery. The Swiss VAT is not charged for deliveries abroad. Check with your customs office / carriers for their actions and fees. In detail, we can give no information on such costs as they are not under our control and are different.
Example Germany
- The duty-free allowance for Germany and other countries in the EU is 150 €.
- Of course you must pay the German VAT. This is currently required over 22 € with 19% VAT on the purchase value including transport costs.
- There are costs for the service of customs clearance. For deliveries up to 500 CHF this will be charged at 18 CHF from the Swiss Post (simplified customs clearance), above 500 CHF they will take 35 CHF (standard customs clearance).
Payment Methode PayPal
PayPal is a payment method with which one of many online retailers can pay. With PayPal you direct once an account and deposited its credit cards - or bank account and can from then on the Internet, pay at participating merchants, simply e-mail address and password.
